24/7 roadside tire service in Amarillo
We provide 24 hour tire service in Amarillo and the surrounding Panhandle: flat tire repair, roadside assistance, and mobile tire changes for cars, pickups, and trailers, any hour of the day. A flat or a blowout on I-40, I-27, or a side street means one call: (806) 471-0109. We’re open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we come to the vehicle. No towing your car across town, no waiting until a shop opens in the morning.
Here’s how a typical call goes. We get to you, look at the tire, and either repair it or swap in a new or used one right where you’re parked. When the tire can be handled on site, you drive off without calling a tow truck.
What we fix on site
- Flats from a nail, road debris, or a pothole
- Blowouts on the interstate shoulder
- A spare that’s already flat, missing, or the wrong size
- A tire that’s too far gone to patch, replaced with a new or used one from the truck
If the tire can be repaired safely, we’ll tell you and repair it. If it can’t, we’ll quote the new or used tire before we do the work, not after we’ve already got it off the rim.
Cars, pickups, and trailers
Most of what we see is straightforward: a car or pickup with a flat in a parking lot, on a residential street, or pulled over on the shoulder. We also work on utility trailers, campers, and horse or livestock trailers being pulled behind a truck, which tend to sit longer between drives and show up with dry rot or a slow leak nobody noticed until it went flat. If you’re towing something and it’s the trailer tire, not the truck, that’s still a call we can take.
How it works when you call
- Call (806) 471-0109. Tell us where you are, what you’re driving, and what happened.
- We quote the job over the phone. You’ll know the price before we head your way.
- We drive to you. Interstate shoulder, parking lot, driveway, wherever the vehicle sits.
- We fix it there. Repair, spare swap, or a new or used tire mounted on the spot.
Why call us instead of waiting on a tow
A flat doesn’t always mean a trip to the shop. If the tire can be fixed or swapped roadside, that’s what we do. You’re not stuck arranging a rental or a ride while your car sits in a shop lot for a day.
That said, we stick to tires. If the trouble turns out to be something else, mechanical, electrical, whatever, we’ll say so plainly instead of guessing, and you can go from there.
Where we work
We cover Amarillo and the surrounding Panhandle, including Canyon and Hereford. See our full service area, or if it’s a semi or commercial truck instead of a passenger vehicle, head over to semi truck tire service.
How much does mobile tire service cost?
We quote the price on the phone before we drive out, based on your vehicle and what the tire needs. There’s no guessing once we arrive, and no surprise number on top of what you agreed to.
Can you repair the tire, or do I need a new one?
It depends on the damage. A puncture in the tread is often repairable. A sidewall blowout, or a tire that’s been driven on flat for any distance, usually isn’t. We’ll look at it and tell you which one you’re dealing with before we quote anything.
Do you tow vehicles?
No. We fix or replace tires on site, which is what solves most flat-tire calls without a tow ever getting involved. If the problem turns out to be something we can’t handle roadside, we’ll tell you so you can arrange a tow instead of waiting on us to figure it out.
What if it happens in the middle of the night?
Call anyway. We’re open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including nights and weekends. Call (806) 471-0109 whenever it happens.
Does Texas have free roadside assistance?
TxDOT’s free Highway Emergency Response Operator (HERO) patrols cover the Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, and Permian Basin areas. TxDOT doesn’t list a HERO program for Amarillo or the Panhandle. Statewide, Texas DPS runs a toll-free Motorists Helpline at 1-800-525-5555 for stranded drivers. If it’s the tire you need fixed, call us directly at (806) 471-0109, day or night.
Is roadside assistance the same as a mobile tire service?
Not quite. General roadside assistance plans often cover a broader list of problems, jump starts, lockouts, running out of fuel, sometimes with a third party dispatched to your location. Tires are our focus. When you call us for a flat, you’re calling a tire service directly, not a plan that dispatches a third party.
